Scope
By checking the consent box on the request form, you agree that True Finance and the lenders matched to your request may provide required disclosures, notices, agreements and communications electronically, and that your electronic signature has the same effect as a handwritten one under the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state law.
What you need
- A device with internet access and a current browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge).
- A valid email address you check regularly.
- The ability to view and save or print PDFs.
If these requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you cannot receive records, we will notify you.
Paper copies
You may request a paper copy of any record we provided electronically by contacting us; a lender may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies of its own records as stated in its agreement.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw consent by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect records already delivered. Because the service is electronic, withdrawing consent may mean we or a lender cannot complete your request.
