By using truefinanceusa.com (the "Site") or submitting a loan request, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and E-Consent. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by True Finance USA LLC.
What the service is
True Finance is a loan connection service. We collect your request and share it with lenders and lender networks that may be able to serve you. We are not a lender, broker or agent of any lender, do not make credit decisions, and do not fund loans. Any loan you accept is a contract between you and the lender.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, a U.S. resident with a valid Social Security number, and have a checking account and regular income to submit a request. You must provide accurate, complete information and update it if it changes.
No guarantee
Submitting a request does not guarantee you will be connected with a lender, receive an offer, or be approved for any amount, rate or term. Loan availability, amounts, APRs (5.99%–35.99%), terms (3–36 months) and fees are determined by lenders and by the laws of your state.
Fees and compensation
We do not charge you to request or view offers. Lenders pay us for connections. That compensation may affect which lenders receive your request and where products are displayed, and is described in our Advertiser Disclosure.
Consent to communications
By submitting a request you consent to receive calls, texts and emails from us and from lenders matched to your request, including by automated systems, at the numbers and addresses you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to texts or use unsubscribe links to opt out; message and data rates may apply.
Your responsibilities
- Provide truthful information; false information may be a crime.
- Read every loan agreement before signing; the lender's agreement, not these Terms, governs your loan.
- Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes, scrape it, or interfere with its operation.
Content and no advice
Rates, examples and guides are for general information, are updated periodically and may contain errors. They are not legal, financial or credit advice and are not offers. Consult a professional for advice about your situation.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site and service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Finance is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for acts or omissions of lenders, and our total liability for any claim is limited to $100. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which True Finance USA LLC is organized. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, and you waive the right to a jury trial or class action, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
