True Finance USA LLC ("True Finance", "we", "us") operates truefinanceusa.com, a loan connection service. We are not a lender. Information we collect
You provide: name, address, date of birth, Social Security number, email, phone, employment and income details, bank routing and account numbers, requested loan amount and purpose, and messages you send us.
Collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location, and cookie or similar identifiers. We use analytics and advertising cookies as described in the Cookies section.
From third parties: identity-verification and fraud-prevention services, and lenders who report whether a connection resulted in a funded loan.
How we use it
- To match your request with lenders licensed in your state and route it to those lenders.
- To verify identity and prevent fraud.
- To operate, secure and improve the site, and to measure marketing.
- To communicate about your request, including e-sign links and reminders.
- To comply with law and enforce our terms.
We do not make credit decisions. Lenders use your information under their own privacy policies once your request is shared with them.
How we share it
- Lenders and lender networks that may be able to make you an offer. Sharing your request is the service you are asking for.
- Service providers for hosting, verification, fraud prevention, analytics, email and customer support, under contracts limiting their use.
- Marketing partners through cookies and similar technologies, which some states treat as a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out (see Your choices).
- Legal and safety requests, and in a merger or acquisition.
We do not sell Social Security numbers, bank account numbers or bank logins.
Cookies and tracking
We use essential cookies to run the site, analytics cookies to understand usage, and advertising cookies to measure and improve marketing. Your choices and rights

Security and retention
We use 256-bit TLS, access controls and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee security of information transmitted over the internet. We keep request data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it.
Children
The site is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
